In higher education Earth Science, fieldwork plays a significant role in the curriculum both in terms of learning content knowledge and it is perceived to be fundamental for shaping future Earth Scientists identity. Rie will on october 20th present and discuss her work on the intersections of learning, sense of belonging, disciplinary culture, tacit knowledge and students' identity work in relation to fieldwork culture in higher education Earth Science.
